That the following revisions to fostering
support allowances be approved for 2019-20:
• Payment Rates for NYCC Foster Carers (including Family &
Friend Foster Carers, Short Break and Specialist Short Break Carers
and Staying Put arrangements) be increased by 2.1% (in line with
the December 2019 rate of CPI). This is for all allowances,
premiums and fees with the exception of those on original protected
rates.
• The Day Care rate to £6.57 per hour (to keep in line
with 80% of the Living Wage being introduced in April 2019).
