a. Allocation of the carry-over funding for
the Highways Capital Programme for Street Lighting, Bridges and
Structures, Integrated Transport and Structural Highway Maintenance
for 2018/19;
b. An additional bridge scheme for 2018/19;
c. The contribution from the Countywide Civil Parking Enforcement
(CPE) surplus for signs and lines for 2018/19/20/21; and
d. The 2019/20 Highways Capital Programme
