a. Agreed the delivery of the carry-forward
schemes from previous years Highways Capital budget to the 2020/21
programme of schemes as set out in section 3 of this report and
Appendix 1 of this report;
b. Agree the schemes for inclusion in the Highways Capital
Programme for 2021/22 for Structural Highway Maintenance, Street
Lighting and Structures as set out in section 5 and Appendices
