In accordance with the specific delegation to
him from the Executive on 3 November 2020, the Chief Executive
Officer, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, has
authorised the submission of a revised Case for Change and Addendum
for a new single unitary council for North Yorkshire to Government
prior to the deadline of 9 December 2020.
