To agree the:
• Carry-forward of 2015/16 schemes into the 2016/17 highways
capital works programme;
• Programme of delivery for the flood Recovery and Pothole
Actions Funds;
• 2017/18 Structural Highway Maintenance, Street Lighting and
Structures capital works programme; and
• To note the progress being made towards achieving Incentive
Fund Band 3.
