Having considered the draft Minutes from the
meeting of the Planning and Regulatory Functions Committee that was
held on 8 June 2021, which had been printed and circulated, the
Chief Executive Officer agreed that the Minutes be signed as a
correct record.

emergency delegated powers and after consultation with the Planning
and Regulatory Functions Committee.
