To accept the recommendation by County
Councillor Peter Sowray to award £500 of his Locality Budgets
funding to provide the insurance, fireworks, toilets, security and
safety measures at the Helperby Feast and Bonfire Night events with
Helperby and Brafferton Community Association
(H&BCA).
