Having taken account of the comments made by
Executive Members, and all the relevant information provided in the
associated report and at the informal meeting of Executive Members
on 8 March 2022, the Chief Executive Officer agreed to use his
emergency delegated powers to:
i) Approve the re-procurement of the Approved Provider Lists;
and
ii) Delegate any associated decisions to facilitate the procurement
of the Approved Provider Lists to the Corporate Director, Health
and Adult Services and the Corporate Director of Strategic
Resources
