To agree recommendations to change the funding rates paid to early years’ providers for the funded entitlement for 3 & 4 year olds and disadvantaged 2 year olds for the 2022/23 financial year.

Reason for urgency:
The consultation closed on 18 February 2022 and there is a need to approve funding rates by April in order for them to apply for the financial year 2022/23. The LA is under a statutory duty to provide early years providers with an indicative budget for the next financial year by 31 March.
