The report provides an update on the
Brownfield Housing Fund, which launched on 3rd January 2023 with a
call for Expressions of Interests. The EOI closing date was 6th
February 2023. Included in the report is a summary of the process
and the submitted EOIs. Further details on the EOIs will be
included with an appendix, but this will be confidential due to
possible commercial sensitivities.
The Joint Committee needs to make a decision on whether these EOIs
can be taken forward to Full Business Case stage submission.
