Purpose: To set out the implications of TUPE as applies to senior managers transferring from district and borough councils where they are not appointed to posts in the new NYC senior management structure.
Decision: To note the position and approve any future payments which may take place if future duties/roles are not available. The appendix will contain confidential information.
