Report seeks the approval of a unified
approach to recovering the costs from parishes for their
unscheduled by-elections (not scheduled 4 yearly all-out elections)
across North Yorkshire for 01 April 2024 onwards.
The proposal is that NYC covers the cost of parish by-elections in
its first year (01 April 2023-2024).
