The purpose of this report is to seek approval from the Executive Member to undertake that consultation.

Through questionnaires to both residents and landlords;
Community drop in sessions;
Landlord Forum and Stakeholder meetings.

Consultation on the proposed designation will take place with the following groups:-
Residents within the proposed area for designation plus surrounding streets;
Private Landlords and Agents with properties within the proposed area for designation;
Landlord Associations;
Stakeholders including Police, Fire Service, local voluntary and community groups and relevant other Council services.
