Consultation process
Following an extensive review of data and
information, the draft Strategy has been developed and refined
through a series of:
• one to one interviews
• presentations followed by group discussions
• larger workshops with facilitated debates
The development of the Strategy has been guided by officers from
economic development and led by the Assistant Director for Economic
Development, Regeneration, Tourism and Skills. The Strategy is
based upon a North Yorkshire Economic Framework that was agreed in
consultation with the Executive member for Open to Business.
