To report on the findings of the consultation on the proposed Selective Licensing scheme for private rented properties in parts of Scarborough and subject to these findings, recommend the designation of a Selective Licensing scheme within parts of the Castle, Northstead and Falsgrave and Stepney divisions within Scarborough.
