Request to bid for Social Housing Decarbonisation Grant (wave 2.2)

 

 

NYC is preparing a bid for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. This provides financial support of up to 50% for housing retrofit measures to Council owned stock. The Council is able to bid for Wave 2.2 of this fund with an anticipated bidding date of 10th January 2024.
The bid value is anticipated to be up to £3million, with a total project cost of up to £6million. This would support housing retrofit of approximately 150 dwellings.
