Approval of West Harrogate Infrastructure Delivery Strategy (WHIDS) and update for West Harrogate Parameters Plan (WHPP) Appendix A Infrastructure Schedule

 

 

Officers are recommending approval of the West Harrogate Infrastructure Delivery Strategy (WHIDS). It has been prepared in order establish the timing and delivery of the infrastructure to support the development sites in West Harrogate. This work will inform the section106 requirements aiding efficient determination of planning applications.
It includes estimated phasing, build-out trajectories and apportionment of costs. The strategy documents can be used as a tool for delivery of the developments and their associated infrastructure by relevant authorities, service providers and developers.
Officers are recommending an update to the current West Harrogate Parameters Plan (WHPP) Appendix A (approved in February 2022).
