To inform Executive of the plan to manage the
National Expansion of Childcare grant funding for Early Years and
Wraparound provision through Capital and Revenue grants. The
funding is to be administered through NYC and will include
dispersal of funds through an application process where existing
and new providers apply to support the council to meet its
sufficiency duties.
The decision required is to enable funds to be distributed through
an agreed process, using funding agreements and assurance processes
as required.
