household waste collections and the outcome of the Let's Talk
Rubbish public consultation.
To:
i) to recommend to Full Council, the approval of the recommended
option for future household waste collections and the proposed
timetable for service change across the county and,
ii) to recommend to Full Council, the approval of the capital
funding for recycling containers in relation to the service
change.
