Consultation process

The Corporate Director of Environment and the Executive Member for Managing our Environment will be briefed on the results of the consultation and the final option being proposed.

Consultees

A cross-party members task and finish group has been meeting since November 2023 to look at harmonisation of waste services.
Public consultation - Let’s Talk Rubbish, a 10 week a public consultation during summer 2024.
Internal consultation with senior officers will take place in conjunction with the report’s preparation.
