• Note background to North Bay sites including:
o the expiry of the previous Development Agreement
o reversion to the council of the waterpark site
o the remaining undeveloped sites
• In principle approval to the inclusion, and potential future disposal, of the Council owned North bay sites
• Approval to launch a Soft Market Testing Exercise to inform future proposals for the sites
