Proposed redeployment of the Old Grammar School, Richmond

 

 

To outline proposals to Members in relation to a request to transfer the site of the Old Grammar School, Richmond as a community asset to Richmond Building Preservation Trust.

To share with Members the outcomes of a recent feasibility study on the site regarding potential future uses.

To approve, in principle, the redeployment of the Old Grammar School site to the Richmond Building Preservation Trust subject to the Trust securing the required funding for the planned development, on terms to be agreed by the Corporate Director Resources.
