Housing Revenue Account Policy Framework
To present the Policy Framework for the
Housing Revenue Account services – Housing Standards and
Housing Management and Tenancy Services.
To adopt the Policy Framework for the Housing Revenue Account
services.
To delegate authority to agree HRA policies within the framework to
Executive Member for Housing, where they are outside of the
Council’s constitutional framework.
A list of all HRA policies covered will be included within the
report to the Executive
