The report will seek approval:
1. To enter into a tenancy agreement of part of the completed Whitby Maritime Training Hub for the length of five years pursuant to the Whitby Urban Council Act 1905.
2. To ask for delegated authority to be given for further tenancies of the units forming part of the newly developed building on completion to be given to the Corporate Director of Environment in consultation with the Corporate Director of Resources.
