The purpose of this report is to update the Executive on the outcomes of the recent consultation regarding Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) and to seek agreement on the preferred next steps from the options presented. Subject to the agreed direction, relevant policies will be updated to reflect the new approach.
