Application for Brownfield Housing Grant Funding of up to £1,200,000 to the Mayoral Combined Authority

 

 

To approve an application for Brownfield Housing Grant to the Mayoral Combined Authority. The MCA has recently opened up the application process for Round 3 of the Brownfield Housing Grant, which invites applications from Local authorities and other partners.
The council has identified a number of schemes, which would benefit from this grant funding and wishes to make an application for the funding. The total amount of funding the Council wishes to apply for is £1,200,000.
The deadline for applying for the grant is 29 August 2025.
