To update Members on the historical agreement between Keepmoat developers and former Scarborough Borough Council, including the programme of capital receipts, and seeking direction on the funding that remains unallocated.

Eastfield is also in close proximity to expanding business parks, creating scope for building engagement opportunities with the private sector and local businesses.
