To consider the establishment of a new Teckal company for the provision of a Wide Area Network Solution and other digital services which would adhere to the Vertical Arrangement exemption (also known as “Teckal”) in the Procurement Act 2023 and to consider changing NYnet Limited’s business model to enable it to operate on a commercial basis.
