Consultation process
Consultation will be undertaken through targeted engagement with internal services, elected members and shared owners. Internal services will be consulted to review the draft Shared Ownership Policy, assess operational impacts and ensure legal and statutory compliance. A focus group will be held with Shared Owners to gather feedback on the policy and their experiences. In addition, the Housing and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Committee will review the draft policy.
