Adult Learning and Skills Service Accountability Agreement 2026-27

This report seeks approval for the acceptance and ongoing receipt of Adult Skills Fund grant in line with the Council’s Financial Procedure Rules. It also presents the Council’s Adult Education Accountability Statement, a mandatory requirement that describes how the Council will deliver adult education and skills provision in alignment with the West and North Yorkshire Learning and Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), Combined Authority priorities, and national skills policy.
