Consultation process
Consultation has been undertaken through a
formal scrutiny review led by the Housing & Leisure Overview
and Scrutiny Committee Task Group. This included a series of Task
Group meetings involving Council services, site visits, and
engagement with the Tenants Panel during policy development.
An all-tenant consultation survey on the proposed Grounds
Maintenance Policy was also carried out, receiving over 400
responses. Feedback from this consultation, alongside input from
members and tenants, has been used to inform and refine the final
draft policy.
