review of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme , having
regard to the Council’s public sector equalities duties on
whether pursuant to the Transport Act 1985 the council should
consider introducing further “discretionary”
concessions to its current concessionary transport scheme, to
include additional groups of people with disabilities.
