Detail of the grant funding was received from Public Health England on 11 March not giving time for 28 days on the forward plan, and the deadline for bid submissions is 26 March 2021. The Council therefore needs to progress this matter within a short timeframe and as a consequence of the urgency of the timescales, the matter cannot be subject to the call in period.
