Reason for urgency:
Unfortunately there is not enough time for this to be on the forward plan for 28 days as our insurance runs out 30 September 2021, and we need to ensure we have enough time to renew the insurances to take effect from 1 October 2021.

The reason for the delay is that the team have been working on options for renewal, and have been waiting for the announcement of LGR to determine the best route forward. Insurance have consulted with the market. Now we are aware the new organisation will come into effect from 1 April 2023, the current contracts need to be extended to align with this.
