• Councillor Malcolm Taylor - Non-registrable interests - In the interest of transparency, Councillor Taylor notified that as former Secretary of the North Yorkshire Police Federation and Misconduct Lead, he did work closely with both the police's Professional Standards Department and the Vetting Unit during his previous tenure.
