4. Motion regarding the revision of the Home to School Transport Policy

• Councillor Andy Solloway - Non-registrable interests - Councillor Andy Solloway as he worked at selective schools in Skipton.
• Councillor Paul Haslam - Non-registrable interests - Councillor Paul Haslam as he was a Trustee of Yorkshire Causeway Trust, however Home to School transport did not apply to schools within that Trust.
• Councillor Yvonne Peacock MBE - Disclosable pecuniary interests - Councillor Yvonne Peacock declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest and left the meeting during consideration of the item on the basis that she was a private hire driver.

• Councillor Andrew Lee - Disclosable pecuniary interests - Councillor Andrew Lee declared an interest in the Licensing Policy and advised he would leave the room during consideration of the item.
