- Councillor Andy Paraskos - Non Pecuniary v1 - Councillor Paraskos confirmed that he was the Division Member for Spofforth with Lower Wharfedale & Tockwith, and that he would not take part in the meeting during consideration of the item, however he would be speaking on the application as a public speaker, and then he would leave the room for the delibarations and the vote on the item.
