• Councillor Cliff Lunn - Non Pecuniary v1 - Councillor Cliff Lunn stated that he was the Division Member for Hambleton and Thorpe Willoughby and therefore had an interest in agenda item 6, however he had not expressed an opinion on the application, maintained an open mind and would therefore be taking part in the debate and decision.

He confirmed that he would not take part in the debate or decision making and would leave the room once he had spoken on each item.
