To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Philip Broadbank to award £750 of his Locality Budgets
funding to fund the replacement of some Christmas street lights on
Starbeck High Street with Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal.
Cllr Broadbank is President of the Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal
and helps to fund, through his Councillors allowance some events
held during the year.
