That the Corporate Director (strategic
Resources) be recommended to
a) agree the case as deprivation of assets, and that Mrs Y and her
family be advised accordingly; and
b) authorise payment of the outstanding debt to the home where Mrs
Y is resident be made and, due to lack of Mrs Y’s resources,
this debt be written off.
