The current contract term of nine years
remains unchanged as a result of performance.
The whole contract is extended from 31 March 2021 to 30 May 2021,
and the arrangement in relation to surface dressing only is
extended up to September 2021.
RIS will provide Rectification Action Plans for those Primary and
Secondary Performance Indicators which have not met the set
targets.
Rectification Action Plans will be monitored and managed through
the contract governance structure.
CPI targets are implemented as agreed.
Ringway will produce an updated Annual Action Plan to be monitored
and managed through the contract governance structure.
