To agree an uplift of 1% for fee levels in
2015-16
Specifically the standard fee levels for care homes within North
Yorkshire will be:
Residential £475.93 a week
Nursing £426.30 a week (plus Funded Nursing Care)
1% uplift to those providers not covered by full life of contract
costs
For out of county placements we honour an uplift agreed by the host
authority where they have undertaken an Actual Cost of Care
exercise, and will consider individual business cases where there
is no Actual Cost of Care exercise in place
