The scheme for approval of expenditure from
the carbon reduction pump priming fund is:
• Approval on individual schemes will be made by the Assistant
Director Policy Partnerships and Communities (on behalf of the
Chief Executive) in consultation with the Lead Executive Member for
Carbon Reduction and the Executive Member for Finances
• Smaller projects to a total of £50,000 of the
£1m will be delegated to the Assistant Director Policy
Partnerships and Communities in consultation with the Lead
Executive Member for Carbon Reduction
