This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The funding was announced on the 28th March 2023 and the application portal opening on the 26th April 2023, with applications considered on a first come first served basis. The Council's application therefore needs to be submitted as soon as the portal opens as it will close once oversubscribed.

As a result urgency is required around the Decision as they is not 28 calendar days prior to the grant application decision being required to be made, call in exception around the decision will also be required.
