Procurement of Multi Function Devices (MFD’s)

To propose that the Executive Member and Officer agree that the Council initiates the Tender Process to procure Multi-Function Printing Devices, Print Room Hardware, and a suitable print management system for North Yorkshire Council.

This procurement will unify the MFD fleet under one supplier and print management system. The exercise will seek a solution which offers a simplified and consistent user experience across the county.

Cost savings will be derived from MFD rationalisation and a single support and maintenance contract in place across the authority.
