Social Housing Decarbonisation Grant Acceptance (wave 2.2)

 

 

NYC has been offered Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund grant of £1,772,000. This provides financial support of up to 50% for housing retrofit measures to Council owned stock. To accept the grant, the Grant Offer Letter and associated documents must be signed and returned by 9th April 2024.

Reason for urgency:
NYC is required to accept this Social Housing Decarbonisation Grant (wave 2.2) by 9 April 2024. This is deemed an urgent key decision as there is insufficient time to present to the next scheduled Executive on 16 April. Due to these urgency measures, the standard call-in procedures would not apply.
