Consultation process

Primarily through an online survey with the option of a paper version
The strategy itself has been co-designed in close partnership with involved tenants and external consultants but other individual tenants who express an interest in this subject area will be invited to contribute further in a manner which is commensurate with their needs. This could be in person at meetings, through a home visit by a Tenant Involvement Officer accompanied by an involved tenant or through a telephone discussion for example.
