North Yorkshire Council – Safety & Compliance Assurance Auditing (HRA Properties)

The Housing Standards Team to procure a contract for the Safety & Compliance Assurance Auditing of all statutory and regulatory compliance activities within North Yorkshire Council’s domestic social housing stock (HRA).

The proposed contract will support the Council in meeting its legal duties and providing independent assurance across key compliance areas, including (but not limited to) asbestos, legionella, fire safety, electrical safety (EICR), and DSEAR-related obligations.

Approval is requested to undertake a procurement exercise for a contract with an initial term of one years, with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods (1 + 1 years), subject to satisfactory performance and continued operational need.
